14-Day Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
Conditions for Returns
- Item must be in original condition - unused and undamaged
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items should be returned in protective packaging
- Custom-built minifigures cannot be returned unless faulty

We'll provide the return address. Pack items securely.

Get Refunded
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was faulty
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- Faulty items will be fully refunded including shipping
